Devices enrol themselves the first time they start. iPads arrive through Apple Business Manager / Apple School Manager already supervised, named and configured; staff Windows devices enrol through Windows Autopilot. Wipe a device and it comes back set up again — nobody rebuilds anything by hand.

For staff Windows devices, support can see the screen and fix the problem live — a one-click remote desktop session from the console, with a per-device password. iPads are supported through remote management: restart, lock, push or remove an app, reapply settings.

Every customer runs in their own instance — own database, own network, nothing shared with anyone else. Hosted in Sydney, Australia. It's the same principle as the rest of Flowmatix: your data sits in your own database, not a row in someone else's.
Already on an MDM?
We move you across — and we're honest about what that involves.
Our migration tooling exports your configuration profiles, scripts and device groups from Jamf, Mosyle and other MDMs, and rebuilds them in Flowmatix. The part nobody's upfront about: supervised iPads must be erased and re-enrolled when changing any MDM — so we schedule the switch together, in a window that suits you, and the devices come back set up automatically through zero-touch enrolment.
What we don't do (yet)
So you can plan around it.
Shared iPad (multi-user) isn't supported, and Apple TVs are managed for configuration and Wi-Fi rather than app deployment. Android management and BYOD user enrolment are on the roadmap but not available today. There's no self-serve signup — device management is set up with you, not by you, so every fleet starts with a conversation.
