Is there really a free trial?
Yes — 14 days, full features, on the plan you pick. You add a card at signup so it converts seamlessly if you keep it; cancel any time before day 14 and you’re not charged.
What counts as a “site”?
One physical location, with its own kiosk/iPad and its own sign-in link. Multi-gate warehouses often run one kiosk per gate — each is a site.
Is Pro really one price for up to 5 sites?
Yes. Pro is a flat $99/month (AUD, billed annually; $119 on monthly billing) and covers up to 5 sites — it is not billed per site. Starter is priced per site, and Multi-site is volume pricing from $79/site for larger fleets.
Do you handle WWCC / VIT for schools?
Yes — capture, office sight/verify, and automated register validation (currently VIC). Schools run under our CoverMe brand; talk to us.
Can we start on our own iPad?
Absolutely — it’s a web app, add it to the iPad home screen and you’re running. The hardware bundle just saves you the setup.
How do we cancel or change plans?
From your self-service billing portal — change plan, update your card, download invoices, or cancel, any time.
Is our data secure?
Each business gets its own isolated tenant and subdomain. Role-based access, full audit trail, configurable retention, and visitor photos stored outside the web root. Card payments run through Stripe — card details never touch our servers.
